From the center of Matavera, head east on the main road, Rarotonga Road. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will come across several local shops and cafés along the way, which you can stop at if you wish. When you reach the intersection with Titama Road, turn right. Continue along Titama Road for approximately 500 meters. Ikurangi Eco Retreat will be on your left side, just before you reach the end of the road.
