From the main road in Arorangi District, JJ's Retreat is located inland, approximately a 5-10 minute walk. Look for signs indicating the retreat on Te Au Road. The path is generally flat and easily walkable.

The bus service around Rarotonga operates both clockwise and counterclockwise on an hourly basis. From the main road, alight at a stop near the Wigmore's Superstore in Arorangi and walk inland along Te Au Road. A single bus fare costs around NZ$3-NZ$12.

Taxis are available throughout Rarotonga. A taxi from Rarotonga Airport to Arorangi District costs approximately NZ$25 per person.
