If you are driving from Strasbourg, take the A35 motorway heading south. Continue on the A35 for about 90 kilometers until you reach the exit for Freiburg im Breisgau. Follow the signs for B31 towards Freiburg Zentrum. Once in Freiburg, follow the signs to Europaplatz. There is paid parking available nearby, with costs typically ranging from €1 to €2 per hour.

Public Transportation
From Strasbourg, take the TER (Train Express Régional) train towards Freiburg. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Freiburg Hauptbahnhof (main station), exit the station and take tram line 1 or 3 towards 'Littenweiler' or 'Zähringen'. Get off at 'Europaplatz', which is just a few stops away. The tram ticket costs around €2.50 and can be purchased at machines in the train station or at tram stops.

If you prefer to walk from Freiburg Hauptbahnhof, it is about a 20-minute walk to Europaplatz. Exit the station and head southwest on Bismarckallee. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kaiser-Joseph-Straße, then turn left. Follow Kaiser-Joseph-Straße until you reach Europaplatz, which will be on your right. This route is pedestrian-friendly and offers some lovely views of the city.
