If you are driving from Chamonix-Mont Blanc, start by heading north on Rue du Dr. Paccard towards Avenue de la République. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Route Blanche/D1506, following signs for Montenvers. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will see signs for Montenvers - Mer de Glace. There is a parking area available near the Montenvers train station (note that parking may incur a fee).
