Walking
From the Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes, head south on Rue de la Grotte towards Rue de la Source. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the main intersection at Place de la Grotte. Turn left onto Rue des Vanniers and walk for another 200 meters until you see the sign for the funicular railway. Take the funicular up to the top station, which is a short walk from the start of the Stations of the Cross.

Walking
If you are starting from the Lourdes train station, exit the station and head towards Avenue de la Gare. Walk straight for approximately 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Grotte. Turn right onto Rue de la Grotte and continue walking until you reach Place de la Grotte. From there, follow the previous instructions to reach the funicular railway.

Take bus line 1 from the bus stop near the Lourdes train station. Get off at the stop 'Grotte' which is near the Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes. From there, follow the walking directions provided previously to reach the funicular railway.
