Public Transport - U-Bahn

If you're starting from Berlin Hauptbahnhof (the central train station), take the U55 line towards Brandenburger Tor. Get off at the stop called Brandenburger Tor. From there, transfer to the S-Bahn (S3, S5, S7, or S9) and travel to Friedrichstraße station. At Friedrichstraße, switch to the U6 line and head towards Alt-Tegel. Disembark at the stop called Oranienburger Tor. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the memorial. Head east on Oranienburger Straße, then turn left onto Kieler Straße. The memorial will be on your left at Kieler Str. 2.
Public Transport - Tram

If you're near Alexanderplatz, you can take the Tram M4 towards Nansenstraße. Get off at the stop called S+U Friedrichstraße. From there, transfer to the S-Bahn (S3, S5, S7, or S9) towards Westkreuz and get off at Friedrichstraße station. Now switch to the U6 line towards Alt-Tegel and get off at Oranienburger Tor. Walk east on Oranienburger Straße and turn left onto Kieler Straße. The memorial is located at Kieler Str. 2, which is a short walk from the tram stop.
Walking

If you're already in the Mitte district, you can walk to the memorial. From the Berlin Wall Memorial (Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer), head east along Bernauer Straße. Continue straight until you reach Oranienburger Straße. Take a left onto Oranienburger Straße and walk until you reach Kieler Straße. Turn left onto Kieler Straße, and the memorial will be located at Kieler Str. 2, which is just a few minutes away.
