From any location in Athens, find the nearest Metro station. Take Line 1 (Green Line) towards Kifisia and get off at the 'Monastiraki' station. At Monastiraki, transfer to Line 3 (Blue Line) towards Doukissis Plakentias and get off at 'Thissio' station. Upon exiting Thissio station, turn left onto Ermou Street, and then take a right onto Apostolou Pavlou Street. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of the National Observatory of Athens located on Lofos Nymphon.

Locate the nearest bus stop and take any bus that goes towards the city center. Look for bus lines 227, 500, or any other line heading to Monastiraki. Disembark at the Monastiraki stop. From Monastiraki, walk towards Thissio by heading southeast along Ermou Street. When you reach Apostolou Pavlou Street, take a right and walk straight for approximately 10 minutes to arrive at the National Observatory of Athens.

If you are already near Monastiraki, simply walk towards Thissio. Head southeast on Ermou Street, then turn right onto Apostolou Pavlou Street. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you see the entrance to the National Observatory of Athens on Lofos Nymphon. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
