Head south on Tzavela Street, then turn left onto Ampelouzos Street, where the museum is located at Ampelouzos 700 12.

If you are in Chania, you can take a bus to Rethymno from the local KTEL station, and then transfer to a bus heading to Moires. After reaching Moires, follow the same instructions as above to reach the Archaeological Museum of Mesara.
