Getting There

Bus

To reach Zṓminthos, start your journey from Heraklion, the capital of Crete. Head to the central bus station located at 1, 62 Martiou Street. Purchase a ticket for the bus heading to Anogeia. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Anogeia, disembark at the main bus stop in the village. From there, you can either take a local taxi or start walking towards Zṓminthos, which is about 5 kilometers away. Follow the signs leading to Zṓminthos, enjoying the scenic views of the Cretan countryside along the way.
Hiking

If you're feeling adventurous, you can hike to Zṓminthos from Anogeia. After reaching the village via bus, take the main road out of Anogeia heading towards the mountains.
