The Old Anchor is located on Leof. Nearchou, easily accessible by foot from most central locations in Heraklion. From Lion's Square (Morosini Fountain), walk east along 25th August Street towards the Venetian Harbor. Continue along the waterfront, and you'll find the Old Anchor on Leof. Nearchou, near the Marina Cafe. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. No costs are involved.

If arriving by bus, take any city bus that stops near the Venetian Harbor or the Heraklion Archaeological Museum. From the bus stop, walk towards the waterfront and then east towards the marina. The Old Anchor will be on Leof. Nearchou. A single bus fare within Zone A (most of the city) is €1.20 if purchased at a kiosk or €2 if purchased on the bus.
