Walking
From the center of Pyrgos, start at the main square (Plateia Iroon). Head south on the main road (Odós Kallitheas) towards the intersection. After about 500 meters, you'll reach the junction where you need to turn left onto Odós Megalochoriou. Continue walking straight for approximately 2.5 kilometers until you reach the village of Megalochori. As you enter Megalochori, look for signs pointing to the Underground Caves. The caves are located at '9CGJ+JQ, Megalochori 847 00' which is on your right. The walk will take roughly 30 to 40 minutes.
Public Transport
From Pyrgos, you can catch a local bus to Megalochori. Head to the bus station located near the main square (Plateia Iroon). Look for the bus heading towards Megalochori. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Megalochori, exit the bus and walk towards '9CGJ+JQ', which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs to the Underground Caves.
