From Rethymno, head to the central bus station located at 28th October Street. Look for the KTEL bus service that operates to Spili. Purchase your ticket at the counter or from the bus driver. The journey to Spili takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they stop near the Folk Museum of Spili. Once you arrive in Spili, disembark at the bus stop, which is centrally located.

After getting off the bus in Spili, walk towards the main square, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. You will see the beautiful fountain and the surrounding cafes. From the square, head up Agiou Charalampous Street, which is the main road leading to the Folk Museum. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the square. The museum is located at Agiou Charalampous, 740 53, Spili. Look for signs directing you to the museum, which is situated in a quaint building at the end of the street.
