Walking
From St. Sampson's town center, head south towards the main road, La Rue de La Saline. Walk along this road until you reach the junction with La Rue de La Garenne. Turn left onto La Rue de La Garenne and continue straight, passing the Guernsey Yacht Club on your right. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Les Houards Road. Turn right onto Les Houards Road and follow it until you see the entrance to Les Houards Forest. The German Occupation Museum is located within the forest area.
Bus
At the St. Sampson bus stop, take the bus number 81 towards St. Peter Port. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop named Les Houards. From the bus stop, walk back towards the forest entrance, which will be clearly marked. Continue on foot to reach the German Occupation Museum.
Cycling
If you have rented a bicycle, start from St. Sampson and head south on La Rue de La Saline. After about 1 mile, turn left onto La Rue de La Garenne. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Les Houards Road. Turn right onto Les Houards Road and cycle until you see the entrance to Les Houards Forest. The museum is located within the forest area.
