If you're traveling by car, head towards Yupukari. From Lethem, take the main road south towards the Rupununi region. After approximately 2 hours, you will reach the junction at the village of Yupukari. Follow the signs towards Yupukari and continue straight for about 10 kilometers. You will see the sign for Caiman House Field Station on your right. Turn right onto the dirt road leading to the station, and follow the path until you reach the station.

For those using public transportation, you can catch a bus or minibus from Lethem to Yupukari. Buses leave from the Lethem bus terminal and the journey takes about 2-3 hours, depending on road conditions. Once in Yupukari, you can either walk the remaining distance (approximately 10 km) to Caiman House Field Station or hire a local taxi. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Expect to pay around GYD 2000 to GYD 3000 for the taxi ride.

If you prefer to walk from Yupukari to Caiman House Field Station, follow the main road heading east from the village. The total distance is approximately 10 kilometers.
