If you're traveling by car, head south from the main road (Route 1) towards the town of Höfn. Once you reach Höfn, take Route 99 towards Stokksnes. Continue on Route 99 for about 8 kilometers, and then turn right onto Stokksnesvegur. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Stokksnes beach area. Be aware that there is a parking fee of approximately 1,000 ISK for access to the beach area.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Egilsstaðir or Höfn. Bus services may be limited, so check the schedules in advance. Once you arrive in Höfn, you can either take a taxi or look for local shuttle services to Stokksnes, which is approximately 8 kilometers away. Plan for the possibility of needing to book a taxi in advance, as they may not be readily available.
