If you are already in Millennium Park, head towards the southeastern corner of the park, where you will find the 'Cloud Gate' sculpture, commonly known as 'The Bean'. From there, walk east towards the intersection of E Randolph St and S Michigan Ave. Continue walking until you reach 201 E Randolph St, which is where the Millennium Monument is located. This route is approximately a 5-10 minute walk.
Public Transport - CTA Bus
For those further away in the Loop area, you can take a CTA bus. Locate a nearby bus stop and catch either the #60 or #146 bus, which stops near Millennium Park. Make sure to check the schedule, as wait times may vary. The fare is $2.50, which you can pay using a Ventra card or cash. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop closest to Millennium Park.
Public Transport - CTA Train
If you're coming from a further location, such as the North Side or West Side of Chicago, you can take the CTA train. The nearest train station to Millennium Park is the 'Washington/Wells' station, which services the Brown, Pink, Green, and Orange lines. After getting off at 'Washington/Wells', walk east to State St, then head south until you reach E Randolph St. Turn east and walk to 201 E Randolph St for the Millennium Monument. The train fare is also $2.50.
