Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with East Adams Street. Turn left onto East Adams Street. The Old State Capitol State Historic Site will be on your right at 526 E Adams St, about a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles) from the Lincoln Home.

    If you're driving, exit the Lincoln Home National Historic Site parking area and turn left onto South Seventh Street. Continue straight and turn right onto East Washington Street. Drive straight and turn left onto East Adams Street. The Old State Capitol State Historic Site will be on your right at 526 E Adams St. There is street parking available nearby, but be aware that parking meters may charge a fee, typically around $1.00 per hour.
