After about 3 kilometers, look for a small parking area on the left side of the road just before the road begins to climb. Park your car here as there is no dedicated parking for the waterfall itself. From the parking area, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer along a trail that leads to the waterfall. Follow the trail signs and be prepared for some uneven terrain.

To reach Glenmacnass Waterfall via public transportation, take a bus to Laragh from Dublin or Wicklow Town. The bus service is provided by Dublin Bus and other local operators. Once you arrive in Laragh, you can either walk or take a taxi to reach the waterfall. If walking, follow the directions from the previous car guidance as the trail is the same. Note that public transport schedules may vary, so check the latest timetable before your trip.
