If you're driving from Glendalough to Wicklow Mountains, start by leaving the Glendalough Visitor Centre and head west on the R756 road. Continue on the R756 for about 3 kilometers until you reach the T-junction. Turn right onto the R757 road. After approximately 4 kilometers, you'll arrive at the entrance to the Wicklow Mountains National Park, Laragh West. Parking is available at various points within the park, with potential parking fees depending on the location you choose.

To reach Wicklow Mountains from Glendalough using public transport, first walk to the nearest bus stop at the Glendalough Visitor Centre.
