Upon arrival at Varenna-Esino train station, exit the station and follow the signs to the lakefront. It’s a short 10-minute walk downhill to Molo Riva Grande.

Once you arrive in Varenna, ask the driver to drop you off at the main square (Piazza San Giorgio), which is close to Molo Riva Grande.
