From Piazza del Campo, walk north along Via di Città towards Piazza del Duomo. The Opera del Duomo Museum is located on the Piazza del Duomo, to the right of the Siena Cathedral. The walk is approximately 5 minutes and involves a slight uphill climb.

From Siena Train Station, take bus lines 3, 8, 10, 17, or 77 to Piazza del Sale. From Piazza del Sale, walk towards Piazza del Duomo, following signs for the Cathedral. The museum is located on the right side of the Duomo. Bus tickets cost around €1.50.
