If you are driving from central Bingo, take Route 2 towards Tokyo. Follow the signs for Ueno and continue straight for about 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach the Ueno area, look for signs indicating Ueno Park. After entering Ueno Park, keep an eye out for Ueno campus, Tokyo University of the Arts, which is located at 12-8 Uenokoen. There is parking available in the area, but it can fill up quickly, so plan to arrive early.

To reach Ueno campus, Tokyo University of the Arts via public transportation, start by taking the JR Sanyo Line from Bingo Station to Okayama Station. Transfer to the Shinkansen bound for Tokyo. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Ueno Station. Upon arriving at Ueno Station, take the Central Exit and walk towards Ueno Park.
