Turn onto Route 732, and you will find signs directing you to Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. The park entrance is located in Motohakone, which is about a 20-minute drive from Hakone-Machi.

    To reach Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park using public transportation, start at Hakone-Yumoto Station. Take the Hakone Tozan Railway to Gora Station. At Gora Station, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Cable Car and ride it to Sounzan Station. From Sounzan, board the Hakone Ropeway towards Togendai. Alight at Togendai Station and then take the bus to Motohakone. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours, and you will arrive at the park entrance, which is well-signposted.
