From central Hida, take Route 158 toward Takayama. Continue on Route 158 for approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach Takayama, follow the signs for Shimoichinomachi. Turn left onto Shimoichinomachi street. Eihō-ji Temple will be located at 152 Shimoichinomachi. Parking is available nearby, and be prepared to pay a parking fee of around ¥500 for a few hours.
