If you are driving from any location in the Hiroshima countryside, you will want to head towards Hiroshima city. Use the following directions: Start on Route 2 and continue straight to merge onto Route 54 toward Hiroshima. Follow signs for Chūgoku Expressway, which is a toll road. After about 45 minutes, take the exit toward Hiroshima/Naka Ward. From the exit, follow local roads to Nakajimacho, where the Flame of Peace is located. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for potential fees.

Public Transportation (Train)
From various locations in the Hiroshima countryside, you can take a train to Hiroshima Station, which is a main hub. Depending on your starting point, you may take the JR Sanyo Main Line. Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, follow the signs to the Hiroden Tram (streetcar) station. Board Tram Line 1 or 2 towards 'Eba' or 'Hondori.' Get off at 'Kencho-mae' station. From there, it's a short walk to the Flame of Peace located at 1 Nakajimacho, Naka Ward. Make sure to check train schedules as they may vary.
