If you are near Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, start by walking towards the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. From the museum, head east towards the main road, and then turn right onto the road (Noboricho). Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Assumption of Mary Cathedral located at 4-42 Noboricho, Naka Ward, Hiroshima. The cathedral will be on your left-hand side.

If you are near the Hiroshima Station, you can take the Hiroshima Electric Railway (tram) Line 1 towards 'Hiroshima Port' or Line 2 towards 'Eba'. Get off at the 'Noboricho' stop. From the tram stop, walk south on Noboricho Street for about 5 minutes, and you will find Assumption of Mary Cathedral at 4-42 Noboricho, Naka Ward, Hiroshima.
