From the entrance of Shukkeien Garden, head straight towards the main pond. As you approach the pond, you will notice a path that leads around it. Follow the path to your right (clockwise) and continue walking until you see a small bridge on your left. This is the first of several bridges you will encounter. Cross this bridge and keep walking along the path that leads you deeper into the garden. You will then come across a stone path leading upwards. Ascend this path, and you will soon find Kokokyo Bridge situated in a beautiful scenic area overlooking the garden.
