Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, start from the center of Hitachi and head south on Route 6 (National Route 6). Follow the signs for Mito and continue on Route 6 until you reach the junction with the Joban Expressway (E6). Take the Joban Expressway heading south towards Tokyo. After approximately 50 kilometers, take the exit towards Ueno/Asakusa and merge onto Route 4. Continue on Route 4 until you reach Chiyoda City. Use your GPS or navigation app to guide you to 4 Chome-12-9 Sotokanda, where Akiba Cart LLP is located. There may be toll fees on the expressway, so be prepared for those costs.

• Public Transportation (Train)

  From Hitachi Station, take the Joban Line (local or rapid service) towards Ueno. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and head towards Asakusa. Get off at Suehirocho Station. From there, Akiba Cart LLP is about a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and head southeast on Chuo-dori, then turn left on Sotokanda street, continuing until you reach the destination at 4 Chome-12-9 Sotokanda.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  You can also take a bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Check the local bus schedules for buses heading to Tokyo Station. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, you can take the JR Yamanote Line to Akihabara Station. From Akihabara Station, it is about a 15-minute walk to Akiba Cart LLP. Head southeast on Chuo-dori, then turn left on Sotokanda street to reach your destination at 4 Chome-12-9 Sotokanda.
