For public transportation, board the JR Joban Line from Hitachi Station. Travel towards Ueno Station, which takes approximately 1 hour. At Ueno Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and head towards Akihabara Station (just one stop). Upon arriving at Akihabara Station, take the Electric Town Exit. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to STREET KART Akihabara 1st. Head south on Chuo-dori Street, then turn right onto Sotokanda Street, and the destination will be on your left.

Alternatively, you can take a highway bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Buses depart from Hitachi Station and go to various locations in Tokyo, including Tokyo Station.
