Car
If you're driving from Hitachi, take Route 6 towards Mito. Merge onto the Joban Expressway (E6) heading toward Tokyo. Continue on the expressway for approximately 85 km. Take the exit towards Ueno/Asakusa (exit 14) and follow signs for Route 1. After exiting, continue on Route 1 until you reach Kanda Neribeicho. Parking is limited in central Tokyo, so check for nearby paid parking lots or street parking.

Train
For public transportation, head to Hitachi Station and take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and take the train towards Tokyo. Get off at Kanda Station. From Kanda Station, it's a 10-minute walk to Owl Cafe Tokyo. Exit the station, turn left, and walk down Chuo-dori street until you reach Kanda Neribeicho, where you'll find the cafe at number 67.

Alternatively, you can take a highway bus from Hitachi Station to Tokyo Station. Buses run frequently and the ride takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Tokyo Station, you can take the JR Yamanote Line to Kanda Station, which is just one stop away. From Kanda Station, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Owl Cafe Tokyo at Kanda Neribeicho 67.
