From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line (the green line) towards Ueno. Ride for about 8 minutes and get off at Ueno Station. Exit the station through the Park Exit. Once you are outside, walk straight for about 10 minutes towards Ueno Park. The Statue of Saigo Takamori is located inside Ueno Park, near the entrance.

Exit the station through the Park Exit and walk straight for about 10 minutes to reach Ueno Park, where the Statue of Saigo Takamori is located.
