If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Hitachi. Navigate to Route 6 (国道6号) and head south towards Mito. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Mito. Merge onto the Joban Expressway (常磐自動車道) towards Tokyo. After about 1.5 hours, take the exit for Ueno. Follow the signs to Taito City and Hoppy Street (ホッピー通り). Parking is limited in the area, so look for nearby parking garages which may charge around 1,000 to 2,000 JPY per day.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, from Hitachi Station (ひたち駅), take the JR Joban Line (常磐線) towards Ueno. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Get off at Ueno Station (上野駅). From Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and head towards Asakusa Station (浅草駅). The trip will take about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Asakusa Station, take Exit 1. Hoppy Street (ホッピー通り) is a short walk from the station, located in the 2 Chome Asakusa area. Total transportation cost will be around 2,000 JPY for the whole trip.
