From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. You will need to transfer at Mito Station to the JR Suigun Line. Continue on the Suigun Line until you reach Takahagi Station. From Takahagi Station, you can take a local bus that goes directly to Mitsumine-jinja Shrine. Please check the bus schedule as it may not run frequently. The bus fare is approximately 500 yen.

If you are driving from Hitachi, take Route 6 heading north. Follow the signs to Takahagi and then Route 293. Continue on Route 293 until you reach the signs for Mitsumine-jinja Shrine. There is parking available near the shrine, but be aware that it can get busy on weekends and public holidays.
