Once you arrive at Ueno Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Take the Ginza Line towards Asakusa Station, which is just a few stops away (about 10 minutes). Upon arrival at Asakusa Station, follow the signs to the exit. Asakusa Nishi-sandō Shopping Street is located a short walk from the station. Head west on Asakusa Street, and the shopping street will be on your left. There will be no additional costs for transfers if using the same ticket.

To drive to Asakusa Nishi-sandō Shopping Street from Hitachi, take the Route 6 (Kanto Expressway). The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Tokyo, follow the signs for Ueno and then Asakusa. There are parking options available near Asakusa Station, but be aware that parking fees may apply which can range from 300 to 600 yen per hour. After parking, walk towards Asakusa Nishi-sandō Shopping Street, which is about a 10-minute walk from the parking area.
