To reach SL Square using public transportation, first find your way to a nearby train station in Hitachi. Board the Joban Line train towards Ueno Station. If you are coming from Hitachi Station, the journey will take approximately 2 hours. Disembark at Shimbashi Station. Once you arrive at Shimbashi Station, take the West Exit. SL Square will be directly in front of you as you exit the station.

Public Transportation - Bus
Another option is to take a bus from Hitachi to Tokyo. Check for the latest schedules of buses that head to Tokyo Station. Upon your arrival at Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and board the train heading to Shimbashi Station. After about 5 minutes, disembark at Shimbashi Station and use the West Exit to reach SL Square.
