Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Kai. Take Route 20 (Chuo Expressway) northbound. Follow the signs for Kofu and merge onto Route 52 toward Tokyo. Continue on Route 52 until you reach the Tokyo area. Take the Shinjuku exit and follow signs for Chiyoda City. The Nippon Budokan is located at 2-3 Kitanomarukoen, which is well signposted. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 500-1000 yen per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach Nippon Budokan using public transportation, start at the nearest train station in Kai, which is the Kofu Station. From Kofu Station, take the JR Chuo Line to Tokyo Station. Once at Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and head towards Ikebukuro Station. Get off at the Kasumigaseki Station (2 stops), and take Exit 1. From there, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to Nippon Budokan. Make sure to check the train schedules in advance, and the total cost for this journey will be around 2000 yen.
