Car
From Kai, head south on Route 20 (Chuo Highway). Continue for approximately 25 km and merge onto the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) towards Tokyo. Stay on the Chuo Expressway for about 70 km until you reach the Shinjuku area. Follow signs for the Shinjuku exit and merge onto Route 246. Continue heading towards Minato City. Follow signs for Rainbow Bridge. There is a toll fee of approximately 1000-3000 JPY depending on the route.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
From Kai Station, take the JR Chuo Line to Shinjuku Station (approximately 40 minutes). At Shinjuku Station, transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and take it towards Roppongi. Get off at Shiodome Station. From there, head to the bus terminal and board a bus that goes to the Rainbow Bridge area. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Note that the total fare will be around 900-1200 JPY.
