From Kai, get onto Route 20 heading east towards Kofu. Merge onto the Chuo Expressway and continue for approximately 50 km. Take the exit towards Tokyo and follow the signs for Shinjuku. Merge onto the Shuto Expressway (C1) and follow the signs for Daiba. Exit at the Daiba exit and follow the signs for the Rainbow Bridge. There is parking available near the promenade, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 500-1000 yen per hour.
