From Kai, head south on Route 20 towards Shunan City. Continue for approximately 30 km (about 30 minutes) until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Take Route 2 towards Shunan and follow the signs for Otsushima. Continue straight for about 10 km, and you will see the Shunan City KAITEN Memorial Museum on your right.
