If you're driving from central Kai, head east on Route 20. Continue on this road for about 30 km until you reach the Tokyo Bay area. Merge onto the Shuto Expressway, following signs for Yokohama and then Minato City. Take the exit towards Takeshiba and follow the signs for Takeshiba Pier. Parking is available near the terminal, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

From Kai Station, take the JR Chuo Line to Tokyo Station. This journey takes approximately 1 hour. At Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Yamanote Line (green line) and head towards Hamamatsucho Station. Once you arrive at Hamamatsucho, take the Toei Oedo Line (purple line) to Kachidoki Station. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to Takeshiba Pier. Follow the signs towards the waterfront and you will find the Binoculars at Takeshiba Pier.
