Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Tokyo, take the Joban Expressway (E6) towards Mito. Exit at the Kasama IC and follow Route 50 towards Kasama. After approximately 15 km, turn onto Route 305 towards Inada. Continue for about 5 km until you reach Inada Shrine, located at 768 Inada, Kasama, Ibaraki. There is parking available at the shrine.

    From Tokyo Station, take the JR Joban Line to Tsuchiura Station. This journey takes about 1 hour. At Tsuchiura Station, transfer to the Mito Line and take a train to Kasama Station, which takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kasama Station, exit and take a local bus bound for Inada (the bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes). Get off at the Inada Shrine bus stop, which is a short walk from the shrine.
