If you are driving from Tokyo, take the Tohoku Expressway (E4) northbound towards Utsunomiya. Exit at the Utsunomiya Interchange and take Route 4 towards Nikko. Continue on Route 4 until you reach Nikko, then follow the signs to Fujihara. Kurogane Bridge is located at 1604 Fujihara, Nikko, Tochigi 321-2521. There may be tolls on the expressway, so be prepared for additional costs.

Take the Tohoku Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo Station to Utsunomiya Station. The journey takes about 1 hour.
