  • Car

    If you're driving from Osaka City, take the Hanshin Expressway Route 4 towards Sakai. Exit at Sakai-minami Interchange and follow the signs for Sakai City Center. Continue on Route 26 and then turn onto Route 30. After approximately 15 minutes, turn left onto Kukenchohigashi Street. Kakuoji will be on your left at 3 Chome-1-49 Kukenchohigashi. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that some lots may charge a fee.

    To reach Kakuoji by public transportation, take the Nankai Koya Line from Namba Station in Osaka. Ride the train for about 30 minutes to Sakai Station. Once you arrive, transfer to the Nankai Main Line and take a train towards Hashimoto. Get off at Sakai-Takasuga Station, which is the closest station to Kakuoji. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk. Exit the station and head east on Kukenchohigashi Street; Kakuoji will be on your right.
