Car
From central Kyoto, take the Roto (Route) 9 heading northwest towards Sagano. Continue on Route 9 for about 10 km until you reach the junction with Route 38. Merge onto Route 38 and follow the signs for Kiyotaki. You'll pass through beautiful countryside. After approximately 5 km, turn left onto Kiyotaki Ikkahyocho. Continue straight for about 1 km until you see signs for Kiyotaki Fudō-in Temple. There is limited parking available near the temple.

Start from Kyoto Station and take the JR Sagano Line towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. The ride takes about 15 minutes. At Saga-Arashiyama Station, transfer to the local bus bound for Kiyotaki (bus number 62). The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Kiyotaki Fudō-in Temple stop. From the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the temple entrance. Please note that bus fares may vary, so prepare approximately 230 yen for the bus ride.
