Follow the signs for Saga-Ogura, and after about 3 km, you'll arrive at Ogura Cha-Ya located at 2-16 Sagaogurayama Yamamotocho, Ukyo Ward, Kyoto, 616-8396. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for potential fees.

For public transportation, start at Kyoto Station. Take the JR Sanin Line towards Sonobe and get off at Saga-Arashiyama Station (approximately 20 minutes). From Saga-Arashiyama Station, transfer to the Keifuku Electric Railway (Arashiyama Line) and take a train to Arashiyama Station. From there, walk to the bus stop and take the Kyoto City Bus #28 towards Kiyotaki. Get off at the 'Ogura' stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. Ogura Cha-Ya is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
