If you are starting from Kyoto Station, take the JR San-in Line (also known as the JR Sagano Line) towards Saga-Arashiyama Station. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Saga-Arashiyama Station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the Arashiyama area.

From Saga-Arashiyama Station, walk towards the main street (Arashiyama Station Exit). Turn left and follow the street until you reach the Togetsu-kyo Bridge.
