From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line towards Nara. Get off at Fushimi Inari Station (about 5 minutes ride). After exiting the station, head south towards the Fushimi Inari Shrine. Continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn left and follow the road for about 10 minutes until you see the signs for Fushimi Kitabori Park on your right.
