Train and Bus
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Tokaido Line (bound for Nagoya) and ride for about 25 minutes to Omi Hachiman Station. Once you arrive at Omi Hachiman Station, transfer to the Koka Tetsudo (Koka Railway) and take the train towards Kibukawa. Get off at Kibukawa Station. From Kibukawa Station, exit the station and take the Koka Bus (Nishikubo Line) towards Shigaraki. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park' bus stop, which is located directly in front of the park entrance.

Train and Walk
From Kyoto Station, board the JR Tokaido Line (bound for Nagoya) for approximately 25 minutes until you reach Omi Hachiman Station. After arriving, transfer to the Koka Tetsudo train towards Kibukawa. Once you reach Kibukawa Station, exit and start walking towards the Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park. It's about a 50-minute walk (around 4 km) from Kibukawa Station. Follow the signs towards Shigaraki, and you will eventually reach the cultural park.
