Train
From Kyoto Station, take the JR Biwako Line (also known as the JR Tōkaidō Line) towards Maibara. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and get off at Koka Station. After exiting the station, turn left and head towards the bus stop. Take the Shiga Bus bound for Koka City Hall and get off at Ryuboshi (龍星) bus stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Koka Ninja House, located at 2331 Konancho Ryuboshi.

Once you arrive at the Koka Ninja House bus stop, you will find the house is nearby, and you can easily walk to the entrance.
