Getting There

• Bus

  If you are near Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus #50 or #101. Board the bus at the bus terminal located just outside the station. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the 'Ichijoji Sagaru' stop. From there, walk north along Ichijo Street for about 5 minutes, and you will find Taishogun Shopping Street - Ichijo Yokai Street on your left.

• Subway

  From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line towards Kokusai Kaikan. After 4 stops, get off at 'Marutamachi Station'. Exit the station and head west on Marutamachi Street for about 10 minutes. Turn left onto Ichijo Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Taishogun Shopping Street - Ichijo Yokai Street on your right.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Kamigyo Ward area, simply walk to Ichijo Street. Look for the intersection near the Kyoto Imperial Palace, and head west along Ichijo Street. Taishogun Shopping Street - Ichijo Yokai Street will be around a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace. Keep an eye out for the various shops and attractions along the way!

• Bicycle

  If you can rent a bicycle, head towards Ichijo Street. From the Kyoto Imperial Palace, cycle west along the path that leads to Ichijo Street. The ride should take about 10 minutes. Once you reach Ichijo Street, Taishogun Shopping Street - Ichijo Yokai Street will be on your left. Parking for bicycles is available nearby.
